How can I feel self-worth?

What is Self worth? awareness of and appreciation of every aspect, choice, expression of your being….Including those things you wish to let go of and change- openness to these “unfavourable aspects” enables you to explore and release them as you wish. Denial of any aspect of your being is a lie. Appreciation and approval as part of the process of change will support your feelings of purpose and self worth – because although you may recognize a need to change things in order to be happier, there is nothing “wrong” with the way that you are. Learning to perceive yourself from this angle will bring with it the feelings of appreciation and perspective of self-worth.
